    How much does your service cost?
    Our service costs £70, which is only charged after you receive a confirmation email from DVSA for your new test date.
    How long will it take to find a cancellation?
    The timeframe varies due to current circumstances. Some customers get a cancellation the same day, while others may wait a week or more. A wider date range and more flexible availability increase your chances of finding a cancellation sooner.
    What is cancellation test date?
    A Cancellation Test Date is a driving test slot released back into the DVSA booking system after another user cancels their original appointment, allowing other learners to book the newly available time slot.
    When do I pay for the service?
    Payment is only required after you receive a confirmation email from DVSA for your new test date. We use PayPal for secure transactions.
    What happens if you can't find an earlier test date for me?
    If we're unable to find a suitable test date for you, there will be no charges.
    How can I change my submitted booking?
    You can resubmit again and we will update your latest preferences to our system.
    How can I cancel booking or terminate service?
    You need to send an email to us and specify your driving license number for us, mention you would like to terminate service. Then, we will reply with a confirmation email to you. If we do not receive termination service email, we assume that you are willing to use our service.
    What if I use other booking services such as Testi at the same time?
    Our policy regarding concurrent booking services:

    • If we notice your test date changed to a test date within your preferred test date from and date to, we will not change your test anymore
    • If your current test date changed but not within your preferred test date from and date to, we will keep looking for a test date for you
    • Once we find a test suitable for you, we will book it directly and count as successful booking
    How does your service work?
    We constantly monitor for cancellation slots that match your preferences. Once we find and secure a slot, you'll receive a confirmation email from DVSA.
    Do I need to have an existing booking to use your service?
    Yes, you need a valid existing booking, but it can be for any date, time, or test centre. We can help you find a slot at a preferred test centre if needed.
    How can I book a test if there's no availability at my preferred centre?
    To use our service, you need a Theory Test Pass Number Here's what to do: Book a test at any available centre, even if it's not your preferred location. Choose a date at least 2 months in the future. This gives us ample time to search for a better date. Once you have a booking, we'll first change your test to your preferred centre (if different from your initial booking). Then, we'll search for and book an earlier date at your preferred centre.
    Are you associated with the DVSA?
    No, we are not affiliated with the DVSA. We use the same publicly available service to search for cancellations, but our frequent searches increase the likelihood of finding an available slot.
    Are there any hidden costs?
    No, there are no hidden fees.
    What is short notice test date?
    A short notice test date is one scheduled within 10 days from today. It is non-refundable and cannot be changed. If a short notice test date matches the customer's preferences, we will proceed to book it.
